Restaurant Manager This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Location note : Al-Khor, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position. Applicants must be Egyptian nationals with their own visa.

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of the restaurant operations
• Overseeing staff performance and providing training as needed
• Creating schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels
• Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies when needed
• Creating and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handling customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Monitoring financial performance and making adjustments as needed to reach sales targets
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control
• Conducting regular staff meetings to provide updates on performance goals and expectations
