PROJECT MANAGER (Digital)

Position Overview : We are looking for a digitally driven and highly organized Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital innovation, and has hands-on experience managing the end-to-end delivery of websites, mobile applications, and digital activations. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, planning, executing, and delivering high-quality digital projects, ensuring alignment between clients, internal teams, and external partners.

Lead and manage digital projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.

Attend client meetings and assist in capturing, analyzing, and validating project requirements.

Create detailed project timelines and communication charts.

Assign responsibilities and track deliverables using project management tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and external vendors.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of all project deliverables and client submissions.

Monitor project quality and performance, and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues.

Coordinate with third-party vendors, suppliers, and partners for integrated project components.

Manage project closure, including delivery notes, certificates of completion, and archival of documentation.

Identify and suggest improvements to project management processes and workflows.

Keep senior leadership informed of project status, risks, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Project Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

2–5 years of hands-on experience managing digital projects in a tech, creative, or agency environment.

Solid understanding of digital development practices—web, mobile, animation, copywriting, UX / UI, and interactive experiences.

Proficient in using modern project and task management platforms (e.g., Zoho, Jira, Trello, Asana).

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Tech-savvy, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear action plans.

Flexible, adaptable, and capable of managing shifting priorities.

Experience working with creatives and developers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic is a plus.
