Project Manager

to contribute to risk and compliance management efforts and drive positive change. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensuring operational integrity. Responsibilities :

Manage projects related to risk and compliance, driving change and ensuring operational integrity. Monitor and assess systems and processes for compliance with corporate and regulatory policies. Audit business processes and operations, report infractions, and analyze systems for compliance with standards and regulations. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Utilize data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools like Power BI to develop dashboards and identify improvement opportunities. Establish and automate self-service reports and dashboards, integrating Power BI with data sources like Azure DevOps. Manage change initiatives, digitalization, and automation involving multiple stakeholders and complex system integrations. Coordinate projects using Agile methodologies, focusing on prioritization and interdependencies. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, risk registers, and performance metrics to keep projects on track and within budget. Influence and manage stakeholders effectively, fostering strong relationships to meet departmental goals. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills. Possess or pursue relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, ACP, Scrum). Tools :
