Digital Project Engineer

𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 :

🔸Bachelor of Science degree.

🔸Specialization in Engineering, data science, computer science, or information systems management is a plus.

🔸Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) and ITIL certifications.

🔸Project Management or Business Analysis certifications, or equivalent experience is a plus.

𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 :

🔸Minimum of 6 years relevant experience on Digital Product development with agile teams.

🔸Proven track record of delivering successful digital products in the industry.

🔸Experience in digital delivery and transformation in industrial setting, preferably within the O&G.

𝗝𝗼𝗯-𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 (𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰 / 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹) :

🔸Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).

🔸Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and DevOps Practices.

🔸Design Thinking or UX / UI experiences and skills are a plus.

🔸Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

🔸Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

🔸Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

🔸Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

🔸Experience with agile tools and software, such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

🔸Experience on Projects using Industry Data Platforms (such as OSDU or Cognite Date Fusion) would be a plus.
