Assistant Director of Sales
This position reports to the Director of Sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Doha market and / or the Middle East region coupled with a proven track record in hotel sales account management and business development. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a resultsoriented professional to contribute to the success and expansion of our luxury resort in a dynamic and competitive market.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and execute sales strategies targeting corporate leisure MICE and government sectors.
- Utilize indepth market knowledge to identify new business opportunities and enhance the resorts presence in the Doha and regional markets.
- Build and nurture strong longterm relationships with key clients travel agents corporate accounts and local businesses to maximize revenue potential.
- Assist in training motivating and developing the sales team to ensure alignment with business goals and sales targets.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments to adjust sales strategies and optimize revenue generation.
- Provide regular and detailed sales reports performance analysis and forecasting to support decisionmaking and business planning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective brand positioning through targeted campaigns and promotions.
- Represent the resort at trade shows conferences and industry events promoting the brand and generating valuable business leads.
