Overview

As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff and ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and effective communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement cleaning schedules to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Train, supervise, and develop housekeeping staff to meet standards and improve performance.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory levels to support operations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety standards and hotel policies.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
