Overview

Housekeeping Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards Train and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures Create work schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage at all times Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and amenities Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance and front desk to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and effectively Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team Excellent organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail with a strong focus on cleanliness Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper cleaning techniques, and safety procedures Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic is a plus) If you have a passion for providing exceptional guest service and experience in managing housekeeping operations, we encourage you to apply for this position.
