Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guest needs and addressing any requests promptly.
• Work confidently in a fast-paced environment and guide guests while under pressure and still maintaining Zuma’s high standards.
• To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests.
• Liaise with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless experiences and transparent communication.
