Doorman / Bell Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter and exit the cruise ship with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Assist guests with their luggage and belongings upon arrival and departure
• Provide information and directions to guests regarding ship amenities and activities
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
• Monitor and control guest access to the ship, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed on board
• Assist with the loading and unloading of supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and crew members
• Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures
