About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Finishing Carpenter

to join our team in

Doha, Qatar . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-outs, cabinetry, and high-quality wood finishing work. You will be responsible for executing precision carpentry tasks that require a polished, professional finish, especially in high-end residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities

Perform all types of

finishing carpentry work , including installation of doors, cabinets, wardrobes, panels, moldings, skirtings, trims, and other detailed wood elements. Ensure all wood finishes meet design specifications and high-quality standards. Work from

blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions

to carry out installations and modifications. Sand, stain, varnish, or paint wooden surfaces for a clean and durable finish. Conduct minor repairs and adjustments on installed woodwork. Coordinate with other site teams including joiners, painters, and supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain tools, materials, and workspace in an organized and safe manner. Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a

finishing carpenter , ideally in high-end interior projects. Strong ability to read and interpret

technical drawings and measurements

accurately. Skilled in using

hand tools, power tools, and finishing materials . Excellent craftsmanship with close attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Strong understanding of safety procedures and site regulations. Preferred Qualifications

Vocational or technical certificate in Carpentry or related field. Previous work experience in

Qatar or GCC

is a plus. Familiarity with modern interior design and high-spec finishing techniques is advantageous.
