Responsibilities
- Construction company responsibilities include design and drafting with submission to approval.
- Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives.
- Prepare JMR, BBS, daily progress reports, and technical reports as required.
- Use IXCUBE4- IDEA SBTICA6 OUTOCAD (as applicable).
- Prepare material schedules.
- Coordinate with project team on civil or mechanical engineering requirements.
