Doha, Qatar We are looking for a qualified and experienced Technical & Estimation Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have experience in Qatar, a valid NOC, and be UPDA / MMUP certified. Key Responsibilities

Scrutinizing and evaluating tender documents, drawings, and schedules. Preparing technical and commercial proposals. Floating enquiries to suppliers / manufacturers and performing comparison studies. Negotiating with suppliers on technical and commercial aspects. Conducting value engineering based on client budget constraints. Quantity take-offs and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tender submissions. Pricing for Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing (MEP) systems. Preparing contract documents and subcontract agreements. Negotiating and finalizing contracts with clients / subcontractors. Identifying and pursuing new project opportunities. Requirements

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience within Qatar Must be available in Qatar with valid NOC. UPDA / MMUP Certification is mandatory. Must be ready to join immediately. Skills
