Senior Estimation Engineer

to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in construction and project estimation to lead estimating efforts for various projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for various construction projects.

Lead the estimation process for large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop estimates based on project requirements.

Conduct thorough analysis of technical specifications, drawings, and proposed projects.

Review vendor and subcontractor proposals and quote submissions.

Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and bid presentations.

Monitor market trends and prices to ensure estimates are competitive and accurate.

Mentor and train junior estimation staff as necessary.

Provide input for project budgets and assist in financial forecasting.
