Assistant Manager- Treasury Back Office, Qatar- OPS-Cash and Prepaid Products, Operations. Responsibilities
Processing of FX & MM deals accurately, within the established TAT. Assist and coordinate with the Dealer on cash flow, fund position, FX revaluation positions. Responsible for preparation of various reports for QCB. Ensuring that the recording of transactions is in conformity with IAS & Banking Accounting Policies. Ensure the integrity of Branch Accounts, in providing MIS & reports to HO & QCB on timely basis. To liaise with dealer in processing of Treasury Back Office transactions. Ensure all deals done on account of investment are as per management guidelines & within counter party / country / currency limit as stipulated by the investment committee & ALCO to avoid risk of losses. Follow up & settlement of NAPS claims with other banks & QCB claims on NAPS. Ensure timely settlement / escalation of O / s in Nostros & Sundries. Closely monitors counterparty MM and Settlement limit breaches including QCB limit and report to higher management on breaches (if any). Reconciliation of Doha Operation Nostro outstanding and coordinate with concerned units in Head Office and branch operations for settlement. Bank’s SPOC on ATM & POS disputes; investigate and submit debit card (NAPS) disputes thru SIBNET in a timely manner. Collate / monitor and document Doha Ops Incident (OIR) and Related Operational Losses. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ Banking experience including at least 2 years in Treasury / FX Operations. Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical & organizational skills. Advanced knowledge of FX & Treasury products. Issuer / Additional Titles
