Seasonal Executive Chef
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team for a seasonal position in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and creativity while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities for the restaurant
- Create menus that are innovative, diverse, and cater to the needs of our customers
- Oversee kitchen operations and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
- Train and mentor staff on various cooking techniques, recipes, and safety procedures
- Ensure quality control of all food items prepared and served
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment
Requirements :
Indian nationality preferredPrior experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant settingAbility to work under pressure in a high-volume environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectivelyCreativity in menu planning with knowledge of various cuisinesAbility to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.Valid work visa or eligibility for visa sponsorshipNo prior experience required - training will be providedStudents looking for seasonal employment are welcome to applyIf you have a passion for food, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, then we want to hear from you!
