Overview

Housekeeping Manager for Luxury Hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. Our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Responsibilities

Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the department Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards to maintain a consistently high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our standards of cleanliness Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens Handle any guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of operations and exceptional guest experiences Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel setting Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of housekeeping management software preferred Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset but not required Equal Opportunity
