الوصف الوظيفيSource, screen, and shortlist candidates for construction and engineering roles through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases). Understand technical requirements for positions in civil, mechanical, electrical, and related disciplines. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback with hiring managers. Maintain and update a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future construction projects. Conduct reference checks and ensure timely communication with candidates. Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires across project and site-based roles. Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other documentation as per company policies. Coordinate joining formalities with HR, admin, and project management teams. Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new employees into the workforce. Maintain employee records and prepare regular onboarding status reports. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience , including construction or engineering industry hiring (mandatory). Proven expertise in sourcing technical and site-based professionals. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Ability to multitask and manage high-volume recruitment remotely. Must be currently based in the GCC (Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, or Kuwait).
