Recruiter (Oil & Gas – Blue Collar Workers) role at Manforce Group — Location : Qatar , Job Type : Full-Time , Nationality : Any.

Manforce Group is looking for an experienced Recruiter to help us source and hire skilled blue-collar workers for our oil & gas projects. If you have a passion for recruitment and experience in the oil & gas sector, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies
  • Source and screen candidates
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience with blue-collar workers for the oil & gas sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
