Manager Crusher Plant

Overview

Oversee daily crusher plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality, and efficiency.

Manage preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain equipment performance.

Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance through inspections, training, and risk management.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and evaluate plant staff to maintain discipline, teamwork, and high performance.

Prepare production, maintenance, and consumption reports while monitoring resource utilization.

Control operational costs, reduce wastage, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Mechanical, Mining, or Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in crusher plant operations (quarry, mining, or construction industry).
• Strong technical knowledge of crushers, screens, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
