Evo Sports Qatar is seeking a passionate, driven, and enthusiastic Football Development Coach to join our team from October 2025. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within one of Qatar’s leading youth sports academies, delivering high-quality coaching sessions across our Football Development Programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting young players through a carefully structured pathway, helping them grow both on and off the pitch. All sessions must reflect Evo’s coaching philosophy and uphold the core values of the club — Friendship, Respect, Integrity, Pride, and Professionalism. About you

The ideal candidate should have some experience of coaching a wide range of age and abilities. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous. We expect you to be a highly motivated and successful practitioner, who is willing to contribute positively to all aspects of the academy and college. Deliver high-quality coaching sessions across the Football Development Programme in line with Evo’s coaching philosophy. Support young players through a structured development pathway, focusing on on-pitch and off-pitch growth. Uphold the club values of Friendship, Respect, Integrity, Pride, and Professionalism in all activities. Qualifications

Experience coaching a wide range of ages and abilities; prior similar role experience is advantageous. Highly motivated practitioner with a positive, collaborative approach. Excellent written and spoken English.
