The responsibilities include the following : Perform Laser Hair Removal, Electroepilation, Diamond Microdermabrasion, Slimming, Mesotherapy, and other general treatments and services offered to all clients, regardless of race, nationality, gender, or religion. Perform other treatments and services related to the practitioner’s expertise / emphasis. Abide by and comply with the Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) for all treatments / services. Stay well informed of all features and benefits of all treatments and services offered. Actively promote and sell to clients all treatments, packages, and other services / products offered. Perform up-selling and cross-selling of products, treatments, and packages within the practitioner’s scope of expertise. Maintain and update client files accurately and in accordance with an efficient system. Perform opening and closing duties. Perform other duties assigned by the Branch Manager. Temporarily transfer to other centers if requested by the Branch Manager. Manage, organize, and update relevant data. Immediately report any concerns, setbacks, or complaints from clients to the Branch Manager or the Assistant Branch Manager if the Branch Manager is unavailable.
