Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Specialist, located on-site in Doha, Qatar. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions, recruiting all employees local and international, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel. Day-to-day tasks include recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills
• Experience in HR Management and implementing HR Policies
• Excellent in recruiting employees.
• Experience in using LinkedIn, indeed and all other recruiting platforms.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Compensation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the chocolate or food manufacturing industry is a plus
• experienced more than 4 years in Qatar
