Reed Recruitment Middle East is currently looking for a PRO to one of the retail luxury group in Qatar location.
PRO Roles and Responsibilities
1. Government Liaison
- Handle all activities related to government departments such as Ministry of Labour, Immigration, and other official entities.
- Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and other related documentation for employees.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour and immigration laws.
2. Employee Affairs
Coordinate new employee onboarding processes including visa stamping, Emirates ID, medical tests, and insurance.Maintain accurate employee records related to government documents.Support employees with renewal of visas, Labour cards, and other government-related documents.3. Licensing & Documentation
Manage trade license renewals, tenancy contracts, and other company legal documents.Handle company-related renewals such as establishment cards and chamber of commerce certificates.Maintain confidentiality of company and employee documents.4. Coordination & Communication
Liaise with government authorities and provide updates to HR and management.Communicate and follow up with internal departments to ensure smooth completion of documentation processes.Represent the company during inspections or official visits from authorities.5. Compliance & Reporting
Keep track of changes in Labour and immigration laws and inform management accordingly.Ensure all government transactions are processed within deadlines.Prepare periodic reports on visa status, renewals, and related activities.Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a PRO in the Qatar Region
Strong knowledge of QATAR labour, immigration, and visa laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic (spoken / written).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
