~400 (80% labour workforce) Position Overview The Head of HR will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, leading the HR function to support business objectives. The role covers all HR operations including talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and compliance while fostering a positive culture, engagement, and employee welfare. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Advise senior leadership on people-related matters. Lead organizational change and transformation. Culture & Engagement Build an inclusive, performance-driven culture. Design engagement initiatives to drive motivation and retention. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Policy & Compliance Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with Qatari labour laws. Ensure compliance in contracts, terminations, and workforce regulations. Manage grievances and uphold ethical practices. Talent Acquisition & Management Oversee recruitment at all levels. Build workforce planning strategies. Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. Performance & Development Lead performance management (KPIs, appraisals, feedback). Oversee L&D programs and leadership development. Implement succession planning. Compensation, Benefits & Welfare Design and manage compensation and benefits structures. Oversee payroll and bonuses (24x basic salary). Implement welfare and family support programs. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related (Masters preferred). HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) required. Minimum 10 years experience as Head of HR, with team management. FMCG or related industry experience in Qatar. Bilingual : English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred). Strong knowledge of Qatari labour law. Skills & Competencies Strategic and operational HR expertise. Strong leadership and people management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution. High emotional intelligence and influence skills. Results-oriented and adaptable.
