Executive Chef

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. We offer an attractive salary of 1500 and are willing to consider applications from immigrants.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a chef in a high-end kitchen
• Proven ability to manage a large team of chefs and other kitchen staff
• Experience creating innovative menus for large functions
• A creative eye for food presentation
• Certification or diploma in culinary arts or related field preferred
• Excellent organizational and management skills

Job Description

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations at our restaurant in Doha. This includes menu planning, staff training, food preparation, product ordering and quality control. The successful candidate will be expected to ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the highest standards, while managing costs effectively. They will also be responsible for leading their team by example and developing new recipes.
