Our luxury hotel in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Malayalee Executive Chef to join our team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and team management. Your role will be essential in ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests. This is a full-time position that requires someone with flexible availability as you will be expected to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative menus that cater to the tastes of our diverse clientele
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen including food preparation and cooking
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels are maintained
• Train and develop kitchen staff in culinary techniques and procedures
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to company standards and recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
• Collaborate with other departments such as front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
