Head Chef - International Cuisine (Ar-Ruwais)

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our international cuisine kitchen in Ar-Ruwais. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a diverse menu that caters to a global audience. You will oversee a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and design an international menu that reflects our restaurant's concept and caters to different tastes and dietary restrictions
• Create new dishes and update existing ones, ensuring they are innovative, visually appealing, and cost-effective
• Train and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, monitoring their performance and providing feedback as needed
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, from sourcing ingredients to plating the final dish
• Ensure food safety standards are met at all times and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Collaborate with restaurant managers to plan special events or themed nights featuring international cuisines
• Manage food inventory, order supplies, and control food waste to maintain profitability
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into menu offerings

Requirements :

Salary : 1400$ (negotiable based on experience)

Location : Ar-Ruwais

Nationality Preference : Pakistani or Egyptian (non-native speakers welcome)
