Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist

on behalf of our client - Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders, providing therapeutic support using evidence-based ABA techniques. Your primary goal will be to promote positive behavioral changes and enhance the quality of life for your clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Implement and monitor ABA therapy programs in various settings, such as homes, schools, and clinics.
• Teach functional skills and adaptive behavior to clients through structured play and interaction.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to families to reinforce learning and behavior strategies at home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
