Application Support Analyst

الوصف الوظيفيMinimum of 7 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter implementation in a functional role. Collaborate with business units to gain an in-depth understanding of current processes, workflows, and requirements. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for Teamcenter implementation. Identify gaps in existing systems and recommend solutions leveraging Teamcenter’s capabilities. Configure Teamcenter to align with the organization’s product lifecycle management (PLM) processes. Customize workflows, roles, and permissions within Teamcenter to meet functional requirements. Work closely with technical consultants to design and implement integrations between Teamcenter and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CAD tools). Ensure smooth data migration, mapping, and validation throughout the implementation process. Prepare comprehensive documentation for configured workflows, processes, and user guides. Create functional specifications for custom developments and system enhancements. Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for the implementation. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with goals, milestones, and deadlines. Proven expertise in configuring and deploying Teamcenter solutions within a PLM environment. Familiarity with Teamcenter modules such as BOM Management, Change Management, Workflow Designer, and Access Control. Basic understanding of PLM integrations with ERP systems and CAD tools (e.g., NX, SolidWorks). Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools relevant to PLM systems.

- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
