We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events & Exhibitions Project Supervisor to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale exhibitions, conferences, and business events at exhibitions and conference centers in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop complete event plans including concept, timelines, layouts, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate space booking, floorplan development, and service requirements with venue owners.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and suppliers for event setup and operations.
- Apply to obtain the necessary permits (civil defense, municipality, etc.).
- Oversee booth setup, manage day-to-day operations before, during, and after the events.
- Supervise staff, contractors, and support teams during execution.
- Lead event marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Oversee online registration platforms, social media, and email.
- Coordinate with media outlets, influencers, and press for coverage.
- Prepare detailed budgets and track expenditures.
- Conduct post-event surveys and feedback reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience and track record of managing exhibitions at large venues such as DECC or similar.Knowledge of exhibition space / venue owner's policies, layout, and operational workflows.Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities.Knowledge in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project.Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic language is a plus.Valid Driver Licence.Seniority level
