This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Director - Implementation Services (UAE - Qatar) located in Doha, Qatar and / or the UAE. The Program Director will oversee project delivery, manage teams, and ensure successful client implementations and adoption at a scale of enterprise-scale UnifyApps rollouts across the UAE / GCC. Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards. What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end delivery of UnifyApps implementations across multiple industries. Drive complex digital transformation programs at scale (multi-workstream SaaS, cloud / data / AI rollouts, legacy modernization). Act as a trusted advisor to CXO-level stakeholders and client steering committees. Build and lead high-performing delivery teams and partner ecosystems. Standardize playbooks, accelerators, and best practices for enterprise-wide adoption. What We’re Looking For

10+ years in software delivery, program management, or enterprise implementations. Proven success managing large-scale transformation programs in government, banking, telecom, or large enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of Scrum Master, Agile, DevOps, SaaS, integration / iPaaS, and data platforms. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills at the CXO level. Experience working in GCC markets, with an understanding of local compliance and delivery dynamics. Team Leadership abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Experience in the technology or AI industry is a plus Bachelor\'s or higher degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Why Join Us
