Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, treatments and interventions for patients with mental health conditions.
• Evaluate patient progress, adjust treatment plans accordingly and provide follow-up care as needed.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses and social workers to coordinate effective treatments for patients.
• Make referrals to appropriate mental health services or other specialists when necessary.
• Monitor patient medication use to ensure safety and effectiveness.
