Lead and manage the design, review, and supervision of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, etc.) Ensure all mechanical designs comply with QCS, PWA, and international standards Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD / BIM teams Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation as required Desired Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSc. Mechanical) Minimum years of professional experience in mechanical design and supervision UPDA Grade A certification is mandatory BIM capability required, in compliance with EIR-PWA standards Proven consultant experience in major building and infrastructure projects Previous PWA (Public Works Authority) approval is highly preferable
