Housekeeping Manager

Overview Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Umm-Said, Qatar. Job Title : Housekeeping Manager for Indian candidates in Umm-Said, Qatar. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department in Umm-Said, Qatar. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of housekeepers and ensuring that all areas of our facility are clean, sanitary, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement cleaning schedules for all areas of the facility

Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality standards

Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment

Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met

Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns regarding housekeeping services

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules for events or special occasions

Maintain records of housekeeping expenses and submit budget reports to management

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus

Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
