Housekeeping Manager - Umm-Said, Qatar We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, including providing staff training and guidance, ensuring standards are met and maintained, and overseeing the cleanliness of all areas. The ideal candidate will have a degree in hospitality or a related field and previous experience in housekeeping management. They should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong leadership abilities. A good understanding of customer service practices is also essential for this role. Preference may be given to candidates with fluency in English as well as Indian nationality. Key responsibilities

Developing and implementing housekeeping policies and procedures Managing the housekeeping budget Ensuring that all areas are cleaned to a high standard Conducting regular inspections to ensure standards are maintained Training staff on cleaning techniques and customer service protocols Responding promptly to customer complaints or requests Organizing guest room allocations and rotas for staff
