Housekeeping Manager (Malayalee) Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping team at our luxury hotel in Umm-Said, Qatar. As a Malayalee, you will bring your strong work ethic and attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met throughout the hotel. Responsibilities

Hire, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness standards Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols in accordance with hotel policies Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction Maintain records of expenses, budgets, and staff performance evaluations Requirements

Fluency in Malayalam language (spoken and written) Previous experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping department Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment used in a hospitality setting Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed Preferred

Experience working in a luxury hotel environment Knowledge of other languages commonly spoken by guests such as English or Arabic Benefits
