Job Opportunity : Nursery Coordinator – Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead a high-quality early childhood education center in Doha, Qatar. If you are a dynamic leader with a love for children, strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellence we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery ensuring a safe nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
  • Lead and support a team of early years educators and staff.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians fostering strong partnerships.
  • Manage nursery budgets resources and enrollment.
  • Drive continuous improvement and uphold high standards of care and education.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Education Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an early years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS Montessori or similar curricula.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of Qatars Ministry of Education regulations is an advantage.
