About the Role

Aria Holding is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle IDAM Administrator to join our IT team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performing identity and access management (IAM) solutions using the Oracle Identity Management Suite. This role requires strong expertise in Oracle IDAM components, troubleshooting, automation, and integration across on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee identity and access management (IAM) strategies.
• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Identity Management products (OAM, OIM, OUD, OHS, OIG).
• Define technical requirements, create execution plans, and drive end-to-end IAM implementations.
• Manage user access provisioning, authentication, and SSO workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and performance issues related to Oracle IDAM components.
• Develop automation scripts using UNIX Shell, PERL, SQL, and WLST.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, standards, and policies.
• Build and customize applications using Java and Oracle ADF.
• Continuously improve onboarding, offboarding, and SSO processes for efficiency and security.
• Strong knowledge of IDAM best practices, frameworks, and operations.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, advisory, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong team player, with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
