The Gas Technology Services (GTS) Finance Team at Baker Hughes is a global group of finance professionals supporting one of the company’s most technically advanced and service-driven segments. Partner with the best This role is a key one for the ECA Service business, contributing to the overall business’ operational strategy and Financial Execution providing support in terms of short term and long term Operational analysis & planning, financial and operating analysis, partnering with Risk and Cost Execution team, Regional operations, Regional Service MF, and ITO for Renegotiations.
Responsibilities
Leading and creating the necessary operating rhythms to support the business with timely, accurate, operational KPI’s.
Demonstrating accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives, integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization.
Using prior experience and business acumen to effectively and actively participate in business decisions sessions and support the development of short and long-range financial and business plans in co-operation with regional operations and fulfillment organizations.
Managing the quarterly Closing process, leading the operations and finance team through accurate closing planning in alignment with controllership.
Leading the financial side of the CSAs cost catalogue and CSAs CMR processes in partnership with Risk and Cost Execution teams.
Cooperating / leading with IT, on Systems initiatives towards simplification, efficiency, and process upgrade.
Working effectively with the regional team to proactively drive key business initiatives and effectively analyze and report the financial impact on the business; applying key influencing skills.
Performing deferred and other reporting monthly and quarterly.
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will :
Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college with proven financial experience
Have proven experience in service finance operations
Have advanced PC skills and knowledge of financial reporting systems
Have the ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues
Have sound oral and written communication skills
Have good interpersonal and leadership skills
