We are seeking a dynamic female candidate of Arab nationality with a proven track record in salon management to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the beauty salon, ensuring a high standard of service and client satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate the salon team, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee appointment scheduling, client consultations, and treatment recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked salon environment.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and sales targets.
