We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the Facility Management (FM) sector. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of FM sales strategies, bid / tender preparation, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the entire tendering process, and driving revenue growth. Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the FM industry (Hard & Soft Services). Lead the end-to-end tendering process : bid preparation, submission, documentation, and compliance. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through market intelligence, networking, and client engagement. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, technical presentations, and commercial offers. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, consultants, and contractors. Work closely with estimation, operations, and legal teams to align proposals with technical capabilities and contract requirements. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to develop effective sales strategies. Prepare weekly / monthly sales and pipeline reports for senior management. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote company offerings. Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in business development within the Facility Management sector in the GCC region. Strong understanding of FM tendering processes, bid management, and pricing structures. Proven track record of achieving business growth targets in a competitive environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and tendering platforms Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
