Cost Control Manager

Overview

Our client, a global consultancy is currently seeking to recruit a Cost Control Manager for a major infrastructure projects based in the Gulf region.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate construction costing and preparation of the programme forecast and budgets with liaison with post contract commercial control issues.
• Preparation and maintenance of the database for construction budgets and costing, evaluation of tender prices and unit rates.
• Liaison with package managers / coordinators, cost managers, commission managers and claims engineers on all commercial / contract issues and pricing variations.
