IT Manager - Umm-Salal, Qatar (Indian Nationals Only) As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure and systems for our company in Umm-Salal, Qatar. This role is specifically open to Indian nationals and is suitable for men who are looking for a contract job with visa sponsorship. Accommodation will not be provided as part of this role. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that align with the company's objectives Manage and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT equipment Lead a team of IT professionals to ensure smooth operation of all systems Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data protection regulations Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends to advise on potential technology upgrades or changes Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role Extensive knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and security systems Experience managing a team of IT professionals Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders within the company Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Indian nationality preferred We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can lead our company's technology efforts in Umm-Salal.
