Chedid & Associates – Qatar is looking for a Junior Officer within the General insurance department. The role focuses on issuing motor insurance policies, ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing timely support on client, insurer, and compliance requests.

Responsibilities

• Contact Clients for the renewals of their motor insurances via phone calls and emails
• Negotiate with insurance companies for quotations
• Follow ups on requests with insurance companies
• Follow ups on requests with clients
• Assist in resolving key issues with customers such as delays in contract documents and collection
• Answering phone calls and emails on timely manner
• Cross checking policy documents shared by insurers is matching the agreed T&Cs.
• Monitor the processing team entering policies on portals
• Issue Motor Insurance policies on portals when required
• Handle KYC / AML requirements with Compliance
