Job Description As an Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping the workforce by identifying and recruiting qualified candidates to meet organizational staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies. Critical thinking and strategic planning skills are essential as you assess company needs and build a robust pipeline of future‑ready talents. Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high‑caliber candidates. Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and role requirements. Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews efficiently. Conduct competency‑based interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications thoroughly. Negotiate job offers and assist in drafting employment contracts in consultation with HR. Promote the company’s brand and enhance its reputation as an employer of choice. Maintain a talent database to facilitate easy access to potential candidates. Prepare and deliver regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to stakeholders. Host and participate in job fairs and networking events to foster relationships. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process. Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in talent acquisition or related HR roles for at least 3 years. Proficiency in using recruitment software and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse candidates. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Sound knowledge of labor legislation and compliance matters in recruitment practices. Ability to develop strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.
