Job Description You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating effectively Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to requests or concerns Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various services or events Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge Adapt to changing needs during busy periods, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an asset Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team Additional Information Your team and working environment : Life is a journey.
