Job Summary

The Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
• Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions as per company policy.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards as per company and health regulations.
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers when appropriate.
