Position Title : Sales Coordinator
Employment Type : Full-Time Job Purpose
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team in their daily operations ensuring timely preparation and submission of quotations technical documents and material delivery schedules. The role is responsible for coordinating between the sales factory and clients to ensure smooth order processing and on time delivery within the committed period. Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations and technical submittals based on instructions from the sales team.
Arrange required test certificates electrical specifications and compliance statements as per client and project requirements.
Coordinate with the factory and sales department to estimate and confirm delivery periods keeping the Sales Director informed.
Issue delivery advice once materials are ready as per the work order.
Prepare cost and technical offer requisitions for non standard cable orders.
Perform metal (copper) calculations for relevant orders.
Manage inquiries and issue order acknowledgments for confirmed orders.
Update the cost of all standard stock items on a monthly basis.
Quote Bill of Quantities (BOQs) as per the pre quoting form and prepare the PR checklist.
Draft and maintain correspondences reports and other documentation for clients.
Notify customers once finished goods or cables are ready for delivery.
Monitor and report on the status of ongoing projects monthlyboth quoted and supplied.
Maintain and update the quotation registry on a monthly basis.
Coordinate with the Head Office on cost and delivery related issues.
Track and monitor pending orders assigned to each salesperson.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as photocopying mailing filing and document management.
Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business Management Commerce or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel Power Point Outlook). Minimum Experience 23 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support preferably within the power energy cable or electrical sectors. Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent coordination and follow up abilities.
Knowledge of electrical or cable industry standards (preferred).
