1️⃣ Catering Manager – QAR 4,500 + Food & Accommodation Managed catering operations in a large camp, ensuring high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management

Minimum 8 years of experience in large catering operations

Knowledge of food safety (HACCP certification required)

Strong leadership & people‑management skills

2️⃣ Food Safety Officer (6‑Month Project) – QAR 6,000 + Food & Accommodation Develop and manage food safety systems, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with HACCP & safety standards.

Diploma / Degree in Food Technology or Hospitality

HACCP Certification & NEBOSH preferred

Strong knowledge of food safety laws & compliance

Excellent communication skills in English

3️⃣ Kitchen Equipment Technician – QAR 2,750 + Food & Accommodation Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring smooth operations.

ITI / Diploma in a relevant field

Experience in maintaining kitchen equipment (ovens, dishwashers, etc.)

Ability to perform preventive maintenance & repairs

4️⃣ Catering Supervisor – QAR 2,500 + Food & Accommodation Oversee catering operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Degree / Diploma in Hospitality

Experience in food production, housekeeping, and staff supervision

Ability to plan & control stock and inventory

5️⃣ South Indian Cook – QAR 2,500 + Food & Accommodation Prepare authentic South Indian cuisine while ensuring high food quality and presentation.

5+ years of experience in South Indian cuisine

Knowledge of food safety & hygiene

Ability to manage stock & kitchen operations

6️⃣ Electrical Technician – QAR 2,250 + Food & Accommodation Maintain electrical systems, perform installations, and ensure safe operations.

Diploma / ITI in Electrical

6+ years of experience in electrical maintenance

Ability to repair, troubleshoot, and install electrical equipment
