Main Purpose of the Role
To generate sales and expand the customer base by promoting and selling waterproofing services, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the division's revenue growth. Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the construction and waterproofing sector Maintain and strengthen relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients. Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and negotiations with clients. Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales deals. Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports. Achieve monthly sales target of monthly given by GM through outdoor sales of waterproofing supply and application services in Qatar. Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials or waterproofing services. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Bachelor's degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of waterproofing products and applications, including the ability to take site measurements accurately. Experience using AutoCAD for drawings and measurements is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Valid Qatar driving license preferred for field visits and outdoor sales activities. Functional Relationships
